Mike Pelfrey gave up five runs in three innings of work, and the Mets couldn’t score a run as the slide continued Tuesday night with an 8-0 loss at Citi Field.
Pelfrey lost his no-hitter in the first inning when Orlando Hudson singled to left, making it 7,564 New York Mets games without a no-no.
