Ike Davis blasted an 11th-inning walk-off homer and Mike Pelfrey pitched a nine-inning gem Tuesday as the New York Mets topped the San Diego Padres 2-1 at Citi Field.

Pelfrey allowed just one earned run on five hits and no walks while striking out six.

He lost his no-hitter in the first inning on a Chase Headley single, advancing our NoNoHitters.com count to 7,702 New York #Mets games with no no-nos. Adrian Gonzalez followed Headley’s hit with an RBI double for the Padres’ only run of the game.

The Mets tied the game in the seventh inning when Jose Reyes hit a ball to left that hit just above the orange line on the home-run fence. Reyes was awarded the round-tripper after a video review.

The Reyes homer was the only earned run given up by Clayton Richard, who threw seven-innings of seven-hit ball.
