Ted Lyons, who threw a no-hitter for the Chicago White Sox in 1926, was born 115 years ago today.

At Fenway Park on Saturday, August 21, 1926, Lyons no-hit the Boston Red Sox for a 6-0 win. Lyons walked one and struck out two, and another Red Sox batter reached base on an error by White Sox shortstop Bill Hunnefield.
