Henry Porter threw the first no-hitter in Kansas City history, 127 years ago today.

Porter, a pitcher for the American Association’s Kansas City Cowboys, no-hit the Baltimore Orioles at Oriole Park on June 6, 1888 for a 4-0 victory.

Porter walked just one during the game, and three other Orioles runners reached base on errors. The game ran just an hour and 25 minutes.
