Happy 55th birthday to Kevin Gross, who tossed a no-hitter for the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1992.
At Dodger Stadium on Monday, August 17, 1992, Gross no-hit the San Francisco Giants for a 2-0 win. Gross walked two and struck out six, and an Eric Karros second-inning homer and a Henry Rodriguez RBI single in the fourth provided the offense.
