The Chicago American Giants’ Rube Curry threw a Negro National League no-hitter, 91 years ago today.
On Tuesday, July 13, 1926, Curry no-hit the Dayton Marcos for a crushing 16-0 victory. The curveball specialist didn’t walk a single Dayton batter, but he missed out on the perfecto due to an error.
