The Braves’ franchise, which began in Boston under a variety of early nicknames before settling on the Braves, spent 12 years in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before landing at its present home of Atlanta, Georgia.
The franchise notched its first seven no-hitters in Boston, threw four in Milwaukee and have three to date in Atlanta. Warren Spahn is the only Braves pitcher to throw more than one no-hitter for the franchise, although Kent Mercker threw six innings of a combined no-no in 1991 and then notched his own in 1994.Here’s the full list of the 14 no-hitters thrown by the Braves:

I saw Burdette pitch his. My uncle was a cook at the Vet’s hospital. Didn’t it overlook the ball park in such a way that a few guys could sit out and look down into the field. If I’m not mistaken. Lew hit a guy and the same guy got an out when he made a out going from first to third on a ground out. A Latin player. ? Gonzalez maybe. Getting up there in years memory ain’t the same. This will be a good time to test it. LOL!!! @
Your memory is spot on. According to Retrosheet, in the 5th, Tony Gonzalez reached on a hit batsman and then was doubled up trying to advance to third on a ground out.
