The first Comiskey Park, which served as the home of the Chicago White Sox from 1910-1990, hosted nine no-hitters during its history.
Oddly, all nine no-nos were thrown by pitchers with first names of four letters or less: Ed, Joe, Vern, Bill, Bob, Bob, Bill, Joel and Jack. The ballpark was replaced in 1991 with a new Comiskey Park, later renamed U.S. Cellular Field and now Guaranteed Rate Field.
