T-Mobile Park, which opened as Safeco Field in 1999 to serve as the Seattle Mariners’ new home in place of the aging Kingdome, has hosted six no-hitters.
Two of the no-hitters were perfect games – one tossed by the Chicago White Sox’s Philip Humber and the other thrown by the Mariners’ Felix Hernandez. Also tossing no-nos at Safeco were a six-pitcher Mariners tandem, Hisashi Iwakuma, the Oriolers’ John Means and the Tigers’ Spencer Turnbull.
