The original Yankee Stadium, which served as the home for the Bronx Bombers from 1923-1973 and 1976-2008, hosted 11 no-hitters, more than any other defunct ballpark.
Yankee Stadium I remains the only stadium to host a World Series no-hitter (Don Larsen’s 1956 perfect game), and it also hosted perfectos tossed by David Wells and David Cone.
The ballpark was replaced in 2009 with a new Yankee Stadium, built adjacent to the old site.
